David is passionate about the real estate market in Vancouver, but he never started out that way. He was initially employed in civil engineering for several years when his life took a dramatic turn after a sever accident in 1992 that forced him into a career change.
During his transition, a mentor suggested that he explore a career in real estate. He felt that David’s technical, communication and negotiating skills along with an abundance of friends, clients, and associates made a perfect combination to launch a new career in real estate.
